These recipes are like returning to your Grandmother's style of cooking! YUMMY! I have tried recipes out of all of Rosalie's cookbooks and they are all great!! I have even attended some of her cooking classes which were so much fun as she is such a delightful person!!
I love this cookbook! Everything I've made from here has been a huge hit. I'm forever bound to making the Sweet Yeast Rolls at family gatherings. I keep this book out on my kitchen counter as my go to cookbook. It's simply the best. You can't go wrong with any recipe out of this book.
I have made some of the recipes in Rosalie's Country cookbook and they are wonderful! You really need to sign up for her emails. She tells stories, shares recipes and videos and there is always a cute joke at the end. Not only are her recipes tasty, but she is a wonderful lady!

Chicken and Dumplings, Meatloaf, Country Fried Catfish, Broccoli Cheese or Baked Potato Soup and so many more. I am so excited to have this Cookbook. I already have The Cooking Italian Cookbook and I am enjoying the recipes from this Cookbook. The hot rolls and breakfast biscuits are both great.
